  • Skilled Nursing Facility Costs : $0 for the first 20 days; $200 per day for days 21-100; all costs for each day after day 100 in a benefit period.

Medicare Part B: Primary Care & Specialists

  • Premium : $174.70 monthly + IRMAA
  • Deductible : $240
  • Coverage : 80% of medical costs, including doctor visits, outpatient care, durable medical equipment, and preventive services.
  • Outpatient Services : Includes emergency room visits, outpatient surgery, diagnostic tests, mental health services, and physical therapy.
  • Late Enrollment Penalty : 10% increase for each 12-month period you were eligible but didn’t sign up.
